Kythnos, Cyclades

Serenity, Style and
Stunning Views

A private villa on Panagia Hill, where architecture meets the Aegean and every morning begins in silence.

The Villa

Where architecture
meets the Aegean

Perched atop Panagia Hill, Estampes Villa commands breathtaking views over the virtually untouched southeastern side of Kythnos, the neighboring islands, and the endless blue of the Aegean Sea.

Designed by acclaimed landscape architect Angeles Mira, Estampes blends harmoniously with its natural surroundings. Architecture and landscape exist in quiet dialogue, allowing the villa to feel both refined and deeply rooted in the land.

The garden unfolds as a living mosaic of Greek flora — home to more than 1,000 plants across 70 native species — creating a fragrant sanctuary shaped by wind, sun, and sea.

Kythnos

A quieter kind of island

Kythnos has long been a secret kept by those who know Greece well. Without the crowds of Mykonos or Santorini, it offers something rarer: unspoiled landscapes, traditional villages, crystalline waters, and the gentle pace of authentic island life. The nearest village is Dryopida — a traditional settlement with the famous Katafyki cave, Byzantine Museum, and Cycladic atmosphere that feels entirely unhurried.

From the very first moment I stood on this hill and looked out over the Aegean, I felt that this was a place meant to be shared.
